What will I learn?

Time and Stress Management for Linguistsprovides practical exercises to support linguists in what is a stressful career.  This course will support you to assess how you currently use your time, your current stress levels and your existing coping mechanisms.  Having conducted this self assessment, exercises will support you to identify better, more effective ways in which to both understand your stress and manage it, as well as organise your time more efficiently.
