ISL are proud to host our new series of online events, welcoming professionals who are KEY to the INTERPRETING INDUSTRY.

Our second guest will be Mike Orlov, Registrar and Executive Director of the National Register of Public Service Interpreters. He will address the most frequently asked questions:

  • What is the NRPSI?
  • What is it’s aim?
  • How is the NRPSI active in the interpreting sphere?
  • What are the key challenges that interpreters face in current times?

NRPSI Professional Standards:

Ensuring high professional standards is essential if interpreting is to function safely and effectively.

In addition to recognising formal interpreting qualifications, NRPSI issues a code of professional conduct for interpreters and keeps it under regular review.

The code provides guidance setting out skills, practices and knowledge for interpreters to use in their professional lives.

Join us on Tuesday, 20th of April at 4pm! Entry is free and you can download the Zoom link once you’ve registered your details.
