The beauty of our work as interpreters and translators lies in the fact that it is not bound by geographical borders.
Hundreds of interpreters deal with customers from across the globe on a daily basis. At the same time, many linguists choose to relocate to different countries during the course of their careers, making the most of the limitless opportunities in this industry.
That’s why we’ve decided to expand our partnerships as far as we could – literally to the other side of the globe. Our friends at NAATI (Australia’s national standards and certifying authority of interpreters and translators) have worked closely with us to review our qualification standards and we have some fantastic news to share:
Any interpreters and translators that have trained and passed with ISL will be eligible for testing with NAATI.
In other words, NAATI accept ISL’s courses as meeting all but their ethical competency requirements (due to their focus specifically on the Australian and NZ market).
This is an excellent reflection of the high standards that our qualifications meet and it also opens up a whole new world of opportunities for anyone who is considering moving to Australia or New Zealand.
