Friendly team you can speak to
We know how frustrating it is when you have a question and there is no one you can speak to in order to get help. E-mail communication, although practical, can be incredibly impersonal and frustrating. That is why we also have a team of friendly, experienced and helpful telephone advisors on hand, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our courses and training make it easy for you to squeeze your learning in between other activities, such as work or looking after family members. What’s more, with our Level 3, Level 6 and Level 7 exams happening monthly, you don’t need to wait ages until the next exam date. Your education is fully in your hands and we will support you to achieve your goals as fast as you desire.

We recently celebrated our 11th year in operation, and in this time, we have built a reputable organisation which consistently delivers high quality training to interpreters who go on to interpret for the public sector, including the Ministry of Justice, Home Office, NHS, police and local councils. Our qualifications and CPD are recognised and accepted not only by public sector organisations, but also by all key stakeholders and UK membership bodies in the field of interpreting and translation.
